We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to become the engine of our growth, reporting to the Head of Marketing and given the autonomy, budget, and support to take our online presence to the next level. This isn’t a strategy-only role—we need a doer who can dive into Google Ads, architect SEO strategies, build sophisticated email automations, and analyze performance data to identify our next growth lever. You will be responsible for managing our digital channels day-to-day and executing campaigns that fuel our national expansion. What You’ll Do

  • Manage & Optimise Performance Channels : Take ownership of paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Build, manage, and optimise campaigns to drive student enrolments at target CPA / CPL.
  • Drive Our SEO & Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to dominate search rankings for key terms. Work on technical SEO, keyword research, content planning, and link building.
  • Analyse & Report on Performance : Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and performance updates to the Head of Marketing and leadership.
  • Run A / B Tests & Experiments : Constantly test ad copy, landing pages, creative, and channel mix to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Build and Lead the Digital Marketing Team : Lead and grow a team of digital marketers, starting with a Digital Marketing Specialist and expanding as we scale.
  • Collaborate on Go-To-Market Campaigns : Lead digital execution for new campus launches, annual program intakes, and new product offerings with coordinated online launches.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Hands-On Performance Marketing Guru : 5+ years of deep, in-the-weeds experience managing large-scale B2C performance marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of hitting ambitious growth targets.
  • An Emerging People Leader : Experience in mentoring junior marketers and developing others’ skills.
  • A Technical SEO & Content Strategist : Ability to craft long-term organic search strategies.
  • A Data Storyteller : Proficient with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization; able to interpret data and present the story clearly.
  • An Automation Whiz : Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp) and building lead nurturing systems.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver : Takes initiative to identify opportunities and test new ideas.
  • A Strong Collaborator : Effective communicator who can work within a team to execute integrated campaigns.
