Since 1995, Carey Mining – Australia's leading 100% Indigenous-owned mining contractor – has delivered major mining and civil projects across WA. We partner with Tier 1 clients (including Anglo Gold, FMG, BHP and Lynas) and we're growing. With our current Recruitment star moving into a new role within our team, we're seeking an internal Recruitment Advisor to help shape the next chapter of our success.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Advisor who knows the mining game. You'll have solid experience recruiting within the Mining Industry and as a result you understand the ins and outs of mobile plant, site logistics, and what makes a crew tick. You'll work alongside one other recruiter, and sit within the wider People & Culture Team.

This is a Monday to Friday role based out of our Malaga head office, with :

• Flexible start and finish times (early start / early finish or vice versa – your choice)
• One work-from-home day each week (upon completion of Probation)
• A fast-paced team that's big on getting the right people into the right roles.
• Fortnightly pay – easier on the budget
• An opportunity to shape the Recruitment function to run as you see fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing operators and site-based staff for projects across WA

Building talent pools through job boards, social media, referrals & networks

Supporting mobilisation and onboarding processes alongside our HR & mob teams

Working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs

What You'll Bring

Recruitment experience within a mining environment

Understanding of mining roles, rosters and remote project life

Confident use of job platforms, Excel, and email

Ability to move fast, juggle priorities and bring calm to the chaos

3+ years recruitment experience within mining or resources sector
