Assistant Boutique Manager - Castle Towers

Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding retail superstar to join our fun and dynamic retail team in Castle Towers as an Assistant Boutique Manager. This leadership role will oversee all day-to-day operational responsibilities and is accountable for maximising sales by providing excellence in client service, visual presentation and creating a memorable and elevated brand experience.

Born 21 years ago on the beaches of Bondi, CAMILLA has grown into an international luxury retailer that resonates with the adventurous spirit within all women, men and children who step into our Boutiques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
• Have extensive product knowledge and act as the storyteller of CAMILLA
• Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values
• Assist the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day management of the boutique
• Meet KPIs and coach others to achieve theirs
• Take responsibility for the Boutiques visual merchandising and sensory experience
• Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
• Ensure that the Boutique and its angels are in line with CAMILLA standards
