About the role :
We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Dungog Norco AgriSolutions Retail Store for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, self-starter to join our team on a full‑time permanent basis.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in a dynamic, community‑focused store environment - connecting directly with customers , supporting local agriculture, and ensuring smooth, friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.
Your day-to‑day activities will include :
- Receiving, unloading, and secure storage of deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and controlled warehouse environment in full compliance with WHS standards.
- Provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice.
- Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPI’s and sales targets.
- Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
- Processing of sales and generating quotes.
- Forklift operation and customer deliveries.
About you :
You will need to be enthusiastic and self‑motivated, with great customer service and sales experience. Able to meet deadlines whilst balancing a range of work and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment.
