What You'll Do

• Lead the design of seasonal ranges, colour palettes and product innovation.
• Conduct global trend and market research to influence design direction.
• Own the full product lifecycle – from tech packs and sampling to fit and sign-off.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to deliver ranges to brief, on budget, and on time.
• Support sustainability goals through responsible material sourcing and design.
• Contribute to range strategy, price architecture, and margin targets.
• Champion continuous improvement and creative thinking in all you do.
