Job descriptionZavy 360 Practice Management System so familiarity with this or similar systems is a plus. Communicate effectively with patients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport. Possess basic dental knowledge to carry out preliminary assessment of patient concern and report to treating clinician Accurately chart and treatment plan during examination Address patients' concerns, reassure and discuss basic treatment processes Provide efficient clinical support to dentists and ensure thorough completion of sterilization procedures Stock up surgeries and mantain an accurate record of inventory Ensure lab work is completed, boxed and ready to be delivered Manage patient records and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our system (including draft notes, photos, changes in personal history etc) Collaborate with the admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
