Responsibilities : Prepare and analyze samples in accordance with established procedures and protocols.Document results accurately and maintain laboratory records.Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated and that laboratory facilities are clean and safe.Follow quality assurance / quality control procedures to ensure the validity and reliability of results.Communicate results to the Laboratory Manager and other stakeholders as required.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Manager.Minimum Requirements : Certificate IV in laboratory techniques.At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on laboratory techniques and procedures.Experience working with laboratory equipment and instruments, including centrifuges, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and experience following established procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
