Disability Support Worker (Rolling Intake)

We are seeking motivated and committed people to provide high quality support to people living with disability. We believe in an approach that offers consistency for both our staff and clients. We work as a team and successful applicants will enjoy the opportunity of working closely with a dedicated team of like-minded workers to assist people to achieve their goals.

Critical to your success in this role is the ability to form respectful, positive relationships with our clients and follow support plans. This may include, enhancement of daily life skills, support in relation to personal care and accessing the community.

Our clients and their needs, wants and goals are our priority ensuring that support is individualised and tailored.

It is essential that all credentials must be up to date to be considered for the position.
