Job descriptionDrive a customer‑focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction Engage and empower the team through training, mentoring, and collaboration Work with state leadership to build an effective and profitable store Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators Drive operational excellence : manage rosters and back‑of‑house administration ASIC pass provided 2+ years experience managing a fast‑paced high‑volume fashion retail store Experience managing a medium to large team in a fast‑paced store Strong leadership ability to motivate and mentor a team Commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets Attention to detail, passion for styling and visual merchandising Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
Assistant Manager – Brisbane Airport Concept Store
