Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club Inc., located in the heart of the South West, is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Lakeside Café, Bar & Bistro. The venue operates in a friendly club environment, open to members and the public seven days a week. This full-time role reports directly to the General Manager and involves leading day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure outstanding customer service and a smooth dining experience.

The Role

Coordinate daily operations of the front-of-house team, including baristas, servers, and bartenders

Maintain high standards of customer service and a welcoming atmosphere

Plan and schedule events, working closely with the Head Chef and Golf Operations Manager

Manage advertising and marketing activities, including social media

Oversee stock control, ordering, and stock rotation

Handle rostering, training, and performance management of front-of-house staff

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and food delivery

Ensure efficient table service and address customer concerns

Promote a positive, customer-focused team culture

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to :

Have 2–3+ years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role

Hold a current RSA certificate

Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities

Exhibit excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Possess thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations

Have effective communication and interpersonal skills

Be familiar with point-of-sale and inventory systems such as Swiftpos

Show a passion for exceptional service and continuous improvement

Additional Info

A competitive salary of $60,000 – $80,000 per year is offered, along with opportunities for career development in a supportive and rewarding work environment.
