Our success is driven by a progressive, diverse, and committed workforce, and we’re growing. We’re currently seeking experienced Water Cart Operators to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible construction sites.

The Role

As a Water Cart Operator at Rokon, you’ll be at the heart of our site operations, ensuring dust suppression, soil compaction, and overall site safety.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Operating water carts safely and efficiently across active construction sites
  • Managing water distribution for dust control and compaction
  • Performing daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Following site safety protocols and traffic management plans
  • Working closely with site teams to optimise water usage
  • Experience working with road crews ideally

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating water carts in a civil construction environment
  • A valid HR Driver’s Licence and Water Cart Ticket (essential)
  • White Card (OH&S Induction)
  • Solid understanding of safety and environmental standards
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and clear communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
