About the Position

As the Zero Waste Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic waste education and engagement programs. You’ll drive behaviour change initiatives that support recycling, waste avoidance, and circular economy participation across Monash.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a passionate team driving waste education and circular economy outcomes.
• Design and deliver inclusive community engagement initiatives.
• Manage and monitor strategic programs, budgets and contracts.
• Communicate and engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and behaviour change.
• Track performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
