HR Advisor

Join a respected WA-based organisation within the supermarket sector in this permanent, full-time HR Advisor role.

Directly reporting to a highly regarded HR Manager with an educational, mentoring style of leadership, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting a business that operates in a busy, customer-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who holds a HR Diploma (or higher) and is driven by creating positive outcomes for people rather than numbers.

Play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, supporting a diverse workforce and ensuring compliance, while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Support leaders and team members with onboarding, contracts, and compliance matters

Manage recruitment, inductions, and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions

Provide practical advice on HR policies, employee relations, and award interpretation

Partner with managers to promote best practice people management in a high-volume retail environment

Utilise systems such as Humanforce, HR3 or similar integrated platforms

Contribute to HR projects that support engagement, retention, and capability building

About You :

HR Diploma or higher qualification

Experience in HR or employee relations within a busy, customer-facing industry - retail experience highly regarded

Confident presenter with experience facilitating inductions or workshops

Strong systems knowledge with the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly

Approachable, collaborative, and passionate about supporting people in a fast-paced setting
