Essential Requirements :Minimum 5 years of progressive business development / sales experienceSelling to the mining / construction / logistics industries or if you are BDM within recruitment, would be advantageous.Core Competencies :Strong business acumen and competitive positioning understandingOutstanding communication and influence skillsExceptional negotiation skillsExperience in B2B product sales (essential)Enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling experienceWhy This Role Matters :
