We are seeking our next Partnerships Manager based in Melbourne to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, this role is responsible for managing and executing partnership deliverables across multiple areas of the business.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to understand further the delivery of commercial partnerships across a global franchise brand.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for executing, and managing a range of partnerships that help us and our partners drive commercial revenue, lead generation, member retention, retail sales, and strengthen BFT’s overall value proposition.
This will be supported by cross-functional collaboration with partners and your internal colleagues working across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure your partner launch strategy is effective and impactful.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner Management
- Coordinate and manage partnership from initiation to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and partners through regular communication and meetings
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project implementation
Communication and Collaboration
Serve as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationshipsFacilitate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and coordination on shared initiatives.Organise and participate in meetings, workshops, or events with partners to promote collaboration and exchange of ideasContent Creation & Activation
Deliver engaging content and campaigns that drives commercial outcomes for both brandsCreate and execute aligned campaign briefs for clientsEvaluation and Reporting
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of partnerships against predefined goals and metricsPrepare reports and presentations summarising partnership activities, achievements, and challengesUse evaluation findings to recommend improvements or adjustments to partnership strategies and activitiesPartnership Development
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organisations, businesses, or individuals aligned with the organisation's goalsConduct research to identify potential partners and assess their suitability and alignment with organisational objectivesAbout You
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in partnerships / account management.Previous experience in event management, partner activations and delivery is a bonus.You're an exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting at client WIPs and confidently speaking with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.Proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to keep senior stakeholders involvedExperience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to thrive independentlyExceptional Time management and organisation skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at onceA commercial mindset with experience bringing new partners from pitch, through contract negotiation, and managing partnership deliveryA creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to deliver engaging contentIf you think this sounds like you, apply with your CV & cover letter by Friday 5th December.
