Overview
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments
- Provide product and service information to patients and caregivers
- Support audiologists and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area along with the clinic is welcoming and organized
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in an allied health setting)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems)Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentA warm, empathetic, and professional demeanorHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plusWhat We Offer
