The Position

Joining an established team, you will work across an incredible $100M hotel project in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

This complex project includes extensive alterations and additions to existing structures, bringing to life a brand-new complex.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating design, overseeing subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring that milestones are met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Help coordinate daily site activities with the Site Manager to meet project milestones.

Review engineering and design deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Conduct quality control checks, ensuring adherence to budget, programme, and performance standards.

Manage RFI process with consultants.

Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA / QC policies, and specifications.

Salary : The salary is competitive, based on experience, ranging from $170K to $190K. This project, featuring intricate design elements and world-class amenities, will be a standout addition to your CV.
