About the role :

We have a fantastic opportunity now available for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our team on a full-time permanent basis delivering rural products for our Heatherbrae and Dungog retail stores.

This is not your average delivery job. You’ll play a hands-on role in a dynamic, community-focused store environment - connecting directly with customers, supporting local agriculture, and ensuring smooth, friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
• Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
• Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising, warehousing and in-store operations.
• Providing friendly, solution-based customer service - at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
• Helping our customers get what they need, when they need it.
