Reporting to the Team Leader, this position will provide support to both scheduled and reactive maintenance services to the plant operations and comply with the systems and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement in the utilization of assets.This position is located on site at Kemerton.What You Will DoEnsuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, safety, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures.Responding to plant outages and equipment faults in a timely manner to maximize plant availability and safety.Ensure work is executed to the highest standard and history is recorded in the relevant maintenance recording system for future reference.Initiate creation and updates to work procedures and instructions to ensure they are accurate and effective.Reporting of incidents in a timely manner and participate in analysis and investigations as required.Build strong relationships with the Operational, Reliability and Planning Teams to support the delivery of quality maintenance and equipment availability.Working with our internal / external customers to support feedback and continual improvement.Support work management processes through efficient defect reporting, adequate scoping of corrective works and accurate confirmation of execution activities.What You BringRequired : Australian trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.Nationally accredited Confined Space ticket.Nationally accredited Working at Heights ticket.Current C Class Drivers License.Extensive fixed plant maintenance experience : 5+ years associated with Kilns, Ball Mills, Belt Filters, (Plate) Filter Presses, Centrifuges, Conveyors, Boilers, Pumps, and other fixed plant equipment.Demonstrated experience with Precision Maintenance (i.e., Laser Alignment of small and large rotating equipment).Demonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.Sound problem-solving skills and fault-finding experience with the ability to respond to changing priorities.A proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail.Computer literacy and excellent communication skills.Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.Understanding of Change Management and Work Management Processes.It'd be great if you also had : High Risk qualifications (Forklift, EWP, Rigging and Crane) highly regarded.Previous commissioning experience highly regarded.Supervised Gas Fitter ticket would be highly regarded.Benefits of Joining AlbemarleCompetitive compensation.Comprehensive benefits package.A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.We are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
