About the Role

• Demonstrate a strong Christian faith and a deep commitment to Lutheran education.
• Bring proven experience in educational leadership, ideally within a Foundation to Year 12 setting.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships.
• Lead and inspire students, staff and families, fostering a supportive and caring environment where learning is optimised.
• Confidently embrace contemporary educational practice and drive innovation aligned to the College’s strategic priorities.
• Work in partnership with the College Board to ensure the ongoing growth, wellbeing and success of the school community.
