Large Not-for-Profit Residential Aged Care Facility near Hervey Bay, QLD
About the role :
Full Time - Responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Some weekend work will be involved, weekend loading additional.
Duties :
- Demonstrate comprehensive Clinical knowledge and experience
- Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
- Report to Clinical Manager
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and accreditation
