Job Description
This is an 8 month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity to join SEEK as a Senior Payroll Consultant and take ownership of delivering exceptional payroll services across our diverse global portfolio. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient end-to-end payroll processes while driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance teams, and Leaders, you will maintain payroll excellence for all SEEKers while establishing strong stakeholder relationships.
You will report to the Manager, HRIS and Payroll and join a team of passionate professionals across Payroll, HRC and HRIS. This role contributes to SEEK's mission of helping people live more fulfilling working lives by ensuring seamless payroll operations. You will succeed by delivering accurate payrolls, implementing process improvements, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
