About the Organisation

Join a large, purpose-driven organisation with a strong national footprint — delivering essential health services across metro areas and remote communities. Despite our size, we’re grounded in a personal, people-first culture where your work has real impact.

This is a high-trust, high-impact environment undergoing significant change. If you thrive on challenges and want to help shape the future of healthcare delivery through people and culture, this could be your next big step.

About the Role

This is not your typical Business Unit Advisor or standard HRBP role.

You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, complex environment where your ability to lead change, manage ER / IR matters, and drive performance will be essential. You’ll partner closely with leaders and frontline teams, so your ability to build rapport, influence, and coach will be key.

While healthcare experience is not required, candidates with HRBP experience in retail, hospitality, or other high-volume, people-driven industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

You’ll be responsible for :

Leading complex ER / IR cases and advising on performance management

Supporting and driving organisational change and restructures

Coaching leaders through challenging people situations with confidence

Partnering with a team of lab technicians and specialists – building trust and influence in a nuanced environment

Driving initiatives that build a high-performance, values-aligned culture

Advising on employment legislation and compliance matters

Using SuccessFactors (experience preferred) and Kronos (for leave management)

About You

You’re a confident, hands-on HR Business Partner or People & Culture Advisor who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring a mix of operational and strategic thinking, and you’re comfortable working through complexity, ambiguity, and change.

You’ll bring :

Strong generalist HR experience, ideally from fast-paced industries like hospitality or retail

Excellent working knowledge of ER, IR, performance management, and change

Experience working with technical or introverted stakeholders, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes

Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Kronos is highly desirable

Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a people-first approach to problem-solving

Ready to make a real impact? Apply now to help shape the future of healthcare through people, culture, and transformation.
