Wesley Social Enterprises (WSE), a division of UnitingSA, is seeking a passionate and experienced Supported Employment Coordinator to lead and support our team of Supported Employees across metropolitan Adelaide and Whyalla. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, case management, and NDIS expertise in a role that truly makes a difference.

About the Role

As the Supported Employment Coordinator , you will :

• Provide leadership and supervision to Supported Employees and the Whyalla Business Supervisor.
• Oversee NDIS plan implementation and support needs in the workplace.
• Ensure quality assessment of referrals, case management, and progress monitoring.
• Fulfil contractual obligations with funding authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented support.
