Operations Officer Lending Fulfilment

As our highly valued Operations Officer, you are accountable for assisting the team to grow a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of the team and organisational objectives. You will do this by embracing and driving the organisations 3 Key Priorities with the team. You will be responsible for reviewing documents and ensuring they have been correctly recorded and reviewed for settlement, all in accordance with customers needs, legal requirement and policy and procedure. Processing PEXA workspaces, funding, finalising mortgages, and collateral.

To succeed in this role you will have :

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services and Settlement industry with exposure to operations within the Financial Services Industry, with a complex understanding of the Settlement process.
• Strong customer service ethics and the ability to successfully establish and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve business goals.
• High level of computer literacy with a proven ability to adapt to new digital / system environments.
