Contracts Managers & Contracts Specialists – Government & Private Sector (Temp & Perm)

We're currently partnering with a diverse range of government departments (local, state) and leading private companies across various industries, including ASX-listed mining, energy, utility, oil and gas, defence, NFP, and manufacturing.

We are actively seeking experienced Contracts Managers and Contracts Specialists for a variety of upcoming temporary (contract) and permanent opportunities.

These roles offer the chance to work on challenging projects, manage high-value agreements, and significantly contribute to both public outcomes and corporate success.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, roles may involve :

• End-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, variations, and close-out.
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of complex contractual documents, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and agreements.
• Ensuring strict contractual compliance with relevant legal frameworks, policies, and internal guidelines across both public and private sectors.
• Stakeholder engagement and coordination with internal clients, legal teams, and external suppliers to manage relationships and resolve disputes.
• Managing risk, performance, and financial aspects of contracts to deliver maximum value.
• Contributing to contract management strategy, reporting, and process improvement.
