I am looking for a skilled developer who can create and integrate a phone customer service AI agent with our Microsoft co-pilot. This AI agent will primarily be handling customer queries across multiple platforms : phone calls, live chat on our website, and emails.Key Responsibilities : Develop an AI agent capable of basic customer query resolution.Integrate the AI agent with our existing Microsoft co-pilot system.Ensure the AI agent can handle queries across phone calls, live chat, and emails.Develop a system for the AI agent to learn continuously from customer interactions and improve over time.Set up performance monitoring tools to track the AI agent's efficiency and effectiveness.Implement data security measures to ensure customer information is protected during interactions.Create fallback protocols where the AI can escalate queries to human agents when necessary.Ensure the AI agent supports multiple languages for diverse customer demographics.Conduct user testing to gather feedback and refine AI responses accordingly.Develop robust error handling mechanisms to manage unexpected issues during interactions.Allow customization of AI responses to align with the company's customer service policies and tone.Generate analytical reports to provide insights on common queries and agent performance.Provide comprehensive documentation for the AI agent and its integration process for future reference and maintenance.Ideal Skills : Experience with AI development, particularly customer service agents.Proficiency in Microsoft co-pilot integration.Strong understanding of multi-platform AI interaction.The primary industry of our business is healthcare. The AI agent should be capable of high-level personalization, tailoring responses by recognizing individual customer details and past interactions. The AI agent should have sentiment analysis capabilities to better understand and respond to customer emotions. The AI agent should handle basic informational queries with simple responses. The AI agent should prioritize online orders and returns and appointment scheduling.The AI agent should start with basic training and adapt over time with user interactions. The AI agent should have a friendly and conversational tone in all interactions.
