Overview

Business Analyst - Group Financial Reporting — We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our new group reporting and planning platform, a major transformation initiative that will enhance insights, efficiency, and decision-making across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Finance, IT, and broader business stakeholders to deliver tangible impact through technology, process governance, and system improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead reconciliation of current and historical data across group entities to support implementation of the new reporting and planning system.
  • Support strategic improvements in reporting, forecasting, and planning processes across the business.
  • Assist with documentation, testing, and user training during system implementation.
  • Partner with the General Manager of FP&A, Finance Systems team, and Group Finance to drive process automation and governance.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, People, and Legal to align business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and the continuous improvement culture across DBG Health.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a commercially focused role.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering financial tools and collaborating with management teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid capability working with reporting and planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate diverse teams and priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
