Job descriptionThe role will involve the following Working on projects that require knowledge of multiple technical environments (.NET, JAVA, SQL Server and Oracle) along with knowledge in a specific business areas Be the interface between business and technical Develop Functional Specifications / User Story specifications and user procedures Create quality documentation required for the project life cycle based on Scrum / Agile Assist in post implementation support and system enhancement Requirements Previous experience as a systems analyst / technical business analyst Ability to work & communicate with internal / external technical and non-technical personnel Hands on experience with software development and documentation Ability utilise SQL to query and review raw data and present results in various summary forms; Exceptional analytical and problem solving attitude / capabilities Proven knowledge of business information systems Experience with the following is also preferred Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Kanban) Experience with a variety of technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Microsoft OS,.NET, Java, SOAP, Active Directory) Highly Desirable Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server and JIRA
