Overview
L1 Service Desk Analyst – Microsoft Managed Services at Quorum, based in Sydney, NSW. This role provides first-line technical support to customers across Microsoft environments, assisting with incident resolution, service requests, and escalation to senior engineers when required to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
As part of the Managed Services team, you will work alongside Systems Engineers, Senior Systems Engineers, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineers, and Technical Consultants. The position offers exposure to a broad range of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies and opportunities to learn, develop technical capability, and progress within Quorum’s Managed Services Practice.
