Disability Support Worker—Right at Home

We’re currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. If you are reliable, caring, and want to support people to live their best lives, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to NDIS participants, including but not limited to :

Domestic assistance (e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry)

Community access and transport

Social support and companionship

Support with daily living activities

Medication assistance (where qualified)

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), or equivalent

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Working with Children Check (if applicable)

Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (in line with government requirements)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
