Our HR team are expected to work across a range of HR Service Category activities, independently and as part of a team : In the role, you will have the opportunity to : Maintain strong working relationships and collaborating with peers within the BHP HR community including HR Business Partnership and subject matter experts to drive functional improvements and initiatives;Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders on a range of HR related queries;Support implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy;Support reporting processes and develop insights to drive improvement;Complete projects, and ad-hoc tasks in support of HR team as required;Contributing to and promoting a culture of high performance and a disciplined approach to work.ABOUT YOUDegree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply);High computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet / database skills and the ability to generate insights;Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in support of resolving complex issues.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
