• Leading operations for our household name customer, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Supporting, managing, and developing a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Allocating appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Guiding the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and the attainment of overall objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Meeting time-specific deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and commitment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
