Due to an internal restructure there is now an opportunity for a passionate manager to coach and lead the Estimating and Scheduling team to achieve high performance and quality outcomes. The role is fast paced, multi-faceted and will see candidates over a diverse range of construction methods and products. Responsibilities include implementation of new and innovative systems, price books, improvements to accuracy, timeframes and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have the following :

• Minimum 5+ year WA Residential construction experience within an Estimating / Scheduling role
• Double storey experience preferred, with a sound knowledge of construction detailing
• Experience using BEAMS preferred
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• A proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essential
• Self-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction
