We're on an exciting journey as two leading radiology groups come together in a merger that will redefine how we deliver excellence in patient care and service. We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Administration Training & Development Coordinator to play a key role in this transformation.

About The Role

As the Administration Training & Development Coordinator, you'll support the integration of administrative teams across both merging businesses. You'll design and deliver training, streamline systems and workflows, and ensure administrative staff are confident, supported, and aligned with our shared values and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training programs, workshops, and onboarding processesMaintain training schedules, records, and the learning management system (LMS)Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needsSupport development and delivery of training content and documentationMonitor training outcomes and gather feedback to drive improvements

What You'll Bring

Experience in training coordination, HR, or a similar administrative roleStrong organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesConfidence using Microsoft Office and LMS platformsQualification in HR, Education, or Business (advantageous, not essential)A positive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for learning
