To provide clinical services to patients designated under the clinician’s direct care, to outpatients and to patients in the specialty.

Selection Criteria :
Possess specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent as provided for in the Staff Specialist’s State Award, having completed Advanced Training in Clinical Immunology.
Have sufficient experience and recency of practice such as to allow immediate unsupervised practice.
Have high level expertise in all aspects of all areas of Clinical Immunology including autoimmunity, allergy, primary immunodeficiency and HIV.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and high standards of clinical practice in Clinical Immunology and Allergy commensurate to experience which is appropriate to the requirements of the position;
Demonstrated ongoing contribution to the development, dissemination, and translation of new knowledge and practices commensurate with work in an academic teaching hospital environment.
Demonstrated knowledge, experience and commitment to the implementation of best practice and clinical service innovation;
Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary environment with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
Demonstrated commitment to teaching at specialty registrar, junior medical officer and undergraduate levels;
