Water proofer of shower, sealing grout and replacing toilet.

Hi i need help with washing machine not be balanced that cause to move when i use the washing machine to clean cloth.

  • Dishwashing sink leaking from bottom
  • Wall repair – replace small section of wall where curtain rod bracket has pulled out and refit the rod securely

  • Patch and make‑good the damaged fixing points
  • Ensure fixings are secured properly (into a stud or with heavy‑duty wall anchors, no quick filler jobs)
  • Refit original rod (curtain itself will be rehung later by tenant)

    • Rod and curtain are undamaged – just the wall needs fixing.
