Chicken Treat is an iconic Australian brand and opened its 1st restaurant in 1976. Since then we have grown to over 50 restaurants across Western Australia & Queensland. We are passionate about our people, customers and creating irresistible chicken meals. We are serious about providing craveable experiences that put smiles on the faces of our customers …. We are looking for Shift Supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results on a particular shift. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers. You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best in class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.
