The Role
- Interpret parts manuals, catalogues, and technical documentation to identify correct components for customers.
- Respond to enquiries from clients, service centres, and OEM partners via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Prepare accurate quotations, order confirmations, and recommendations.
- Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain product knowledge of aircraft engines and accessories (training provided).
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, reliable support.
- Provide Technical advice and hands on support
What You\'ll Bring
