What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design and delivery of a wide range of initiatives related to employee engagement, induction, internal communications, performance management, and people policy and guidance.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of various programs such as reward and recognition and employee benefits.
- Coordinate culture and engagement uplift initiatives including monthly morning teas and other social activities.
- Administer various HR systems - internal communications platform, human resource information system, and learning management system.
- Drive process improvement by continuously reviewing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting efficiencies that will improve the employee experience and support the organisation in meeting its goals.
