SEO is an important part of your toolkit, but your real strength will be your ability to connect digital channels, translate insights into action, and keep clients aligned, informed, and growing.
You’ll work closely with channel specialists and senior leaders to deliver smart, insight-led campaigns that achieve measurable results while maintaining smooth day-to-day account management.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong client relationships as a key day-to-day contact, developing a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support the development of integrated digital strategies, helping position SEO within the broader channel mix.
- Lead regular client communications and performance conversations, using data and insights to guide next steps.
- Ensure campaigns across your portfolio are delivered smoothly and meet agreed KPIs.
- Manage scopes, budgets, pacing, quoting, and invoicing with attention to detail and growing commercial confidence.
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists and other channel leads to ensure work is aligned, high quality, and strategically sound.
- Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured reports and presentations that highlight performance, insights, and opportunities.
- Set clear agendas and actions for client meetings, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute ideas that improve performance and client satisfaction.
- Support business development initiatives such as research, case studies, or proposal input when needed.
- Help improve internal processes and ways of working to increase efficiency across accounts.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing agency, with exposure to client-facing account management or digital strategy support.
- Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and performance drivers, with hands-on familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Understanding of how SEO fits within a broader digital strategy, including paid media and other performance channels.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience contributing to reporting, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and general reporting/analytics platforms.
- Experience working within an agency environment.
