Our workforce proudly reflects the local communities we connect with and support.What We’re Offering : Salary packaging up to $15,900 in tax-free pay.Reward program recognizing your achievements.Career growth support through mentoring and professional development.A wellbeing-focused organization committed to creating a world with room for everyone.Role : Provide direct nursing care that meets the daily living and changing life needs of our customers, in accordance with the care plan developed in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team and your local team.Roles and Responsibilities : Understand and work within the EN’s individual scope of practice.Actively participate in all required meetings, including team meetings, 1 : 1’s, and hub meetings.Meet the daily care needs of customers within their homes, both physically and psychologically.Deliver appropriate health care procedures and medication administration (as accredited), bowel care, and catheter care.Skills & Experience : Appropriate tertiary Enrolled Nurse qualification, including holding Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Medication Endorsed (desirable).Valid NSW Drivers C class licence.Comfortable using a mobile phone for work.Understanding of NDIS services and programs (helpful but not essential).Fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.Punctual, friendly nature, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of customers within the community.How to Apply : If you see yourself in this rewarding role, please apply online today.We are a customer-safe organization, requiring a current police check (within the last 3 months), Working with Children Check (WWCC), and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.#J-18808-Ljbffr
