What’s the role?

You’ll lead the way in managing the Consumer Finance “Front Door,” ensuring change requests and projects are impact assessed, prioritised, and directed to the right teams. You’ll keep governance tight, risks visible, and communication seamless across stakeholders. This is a full‑time role based in Sydney, offering flexibility to support how you work best.

What do I need?

• Strong ability to identify risks and challenge impact assessments.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Finance products and systems.
• Previous BA experience desirable.
• Value Chain Impact Assessment experience.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience using Jira and Confluence.
• A process‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
