What you’ll be doing :

As the Growth and Transformation Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Velocity Frequent Flyer’s financial services portfolio. Your focus will be on driving strategic transformation by creating innovative product strategies and building ecosystem partnerships that position Velocity-linked financial services as the payment solutions of choice for our members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to elevate member experience, enhance product value, strengthen financial and partner performance, and drive deeper engagement with Velocity points-earning financial services products.
• Develop and deliver transformation strategies that integrate loyalty with financial services, including credit cards, co-brand cards, and transactional banking products.
• Drive product development strategies to strengthen VFF-linked credit card propositions.
• Use data-driven insights to improve profitability, customer engagement, and retention.
• Design strategic partnership frameworks with banking partners, payment networks, and fintechs to unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to transform partnership models and deliver mutual value creation.
• Lead strategic market analysis to identify opportunities for transformation and competitive advantage.
• Develop compelling business cases and investment proposals to support transformation initiatives.
• Develop Virgin Australia group wide relationships and influence key stakeholders, to drive collaboration and support for FS initiatives
• Shape the future of the FS ecosystem for Velocity through new partnerships and strategic expansion opportunities.
