As Growth & Enterprise Partnerships Manager , you’ll connect with senior leaders, build strong business relationships, and grow our enterprise membership portfolio. You’ll help organisations develop their cybersecurity leadership capability while representing a respected global brand.
You’ll work closely with a co-founder and our marketing team, turning awareness into authentic partnerships that deliver impact.
This is not a cold-calling role, it's about energy, trust, and building influence through genuine relationships. Perfect for someone with around 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships who thrives in collaborative, people-driven environments.

What You'll Do
- Build Relationships That Matter : Connect with senior leaders across cybersecurity, HR, and technology. Listen to their challenges, understand their organisations' needs, and introduce them to enterprise membership, designed to strengthen their leadership and governance.
- Represent CLI With Confidence : Be the friendly, professional face of CLI at industry events, online meetings. Share stories that inspire and build thought leadership in the cybersecurity community, and be comfortable in front of a camera (on occasion).
- Collaborate With Marketing : Partner with our social and campaign teams to turn engagement into enterprise partnerships. Help shape how CLI connects with leaders globally.
- Grow Through Social Selling : Use LinkedIn posts to build your personal brand and become a trusted voice in cybersecurity. Be comfortable using digital tools to start thoughtful conversations, and build lasting trust with enterprise decision-makers. Track engagement quality, not just volume.
- Contribute Ideas and Initiatives : Work with a co-founder to test creative approaches to client engagement and growth. Your insights matter—we experiment, learn, and iterate together.
- Learn the Business of Growth : Track progress, manage your pipeline, and gain exposure to how a global business scales across multiple markets. Understand the strategic thinking behind partnership development.
Who You Are
Around 3–5 years' experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management.Confident and collaborative communicator who builds genuine rapport easily, both in person (events / conferences / meetings) and online via social platforms, specifically LinkedIn.Positive, energetic, and curious —someone who brings proactive energy and initiative to your work.Ideally based in NSW (Sydney preferred, though we're open to exceptional candidates elsewhere in Australia).Passionate about leadership, personal growth, or technology —or simply drawn to meaningful work with impact.No cybersecurity experience required. If you care about impact and have strong relationship skills, we'll teach you everything else.Comfortable on camera, not an essential part of the role, but desirable. You'll enjoy representing our brand with personality and authenticity. This could take the form of social media personal video on LinkedIn, doing webinars, interviews of YouTube, using your own YouTube, developing a podcast - surprise us with your ideas ?Why You'll Love Working With Us
