About the role

Construct Personnel is seeking experienced Plant and Machine Operators to join our team on a casual basis in the western Suburbs. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of a variety of construction equipment and machinery, contributing to the successful delivery of major construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain a range of construction plant and machinery, including excavators, loaders, backhoes and rollers.
• Conduct pre-start checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the completion of construction tasks and projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Work collaboratively with the wider construction team to support the successful delivery of projects.
