About the role

As Project Delivery Lead, you’re the engine that keeps complex research projects moving smoothly. You’ll take the baton from Sales and Usage, match the right researcher to the brief, and guide the work from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll coordinate timelines, align expectations, and keep everyone—including clients, researchers, and internal teams—on track. If you’ve ever juggled competing priorities, navigated shifting timelines, and kept multiple stakeholders moving in the same direction, you’ve been doing project delivery all along.

What you’ll do

• Project Orchestration : Manage a portfolio of 20–30 live projects at different stages, using tools, teammates, and processes to stay in flow. Define success upfront, document scope and milestones, keep project boards up to date and aligned.
• Making It Happen : Lead projects through ambiguity, trade‑offs, and human dynamics. Bring calm to chaos, maintain quality, and ensure clients walk away with exactly what they signed up for.
• Client Communication : Run smooth kickoffs, timely check‑ins, and closed‑out hand‑offs. Explain what’s happening and why—clearly, confidently, without overwhelm.
• Stakeholder Juggling : Keep researchers, participants, Sales, and Fulfilment aligned even when their needs compete. Mediate conversations and keep the playbook consistent.
• Quality & Risk Management : Build checkpoints into plans, flag risks before they land, and elevate with just the right amount of context. Lead the team through unexpected events calmly and clearly.

You’ve delivered projects before through classic project management, fast‑paced client coordination, or managing multiple workstreams at once. You understand how to keep things moving while managing stakeholders, timelines, and expectations with empathy and precision.
