QA Engineer

This role is part of multi-billion UNITE programHow will I help?This position sits within the Consumer Technology team and will be responsible for troubleshooting, optimising and delivering high quality banking products for our clients.Your key responsibilities will include : Identify and escalate defects found during testing according to set procedures to ensure timely resolution, minimizing impact on project quality and scheduleManage test infrastructure, execute automated tests, and continuously maintain automated test casesProvide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other engineersWrite and execute test casesDevelop automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance mobile app performanceDetermine the automatable and non-automatable test scope for each Sprint / ReleasePerform both automated and manual validation / testing of banking apps on Mobile (IOS + Android), and desktop platformsAbility to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixedWhat do I need?To be successful for this position you should be a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess industry recognised testing certifications such as ISQTB Foundation and ASQTB Mobile Testing, along with proven experience in both automation and functional testing.
