About the role

As a Bar Manager at Billy Chow', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in the vibrant coastal town of Coolangatta, Queensland.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage and supervise the bar, including scheduling, training and performance management
• Ability to handle a fast paced cocktail making environment
• Ensure the bar adheres to all relevant liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations
• Monitor and analyse bar sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate bar services for events and functions
• Develop and implement innovative bar programs and promotions to drive revenue
