ACH Group is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Officer to join the Customer Service Team at Mile End. The role involves providing top‑tier customer service over the phone, serving as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone.
- Connect customers to appropriate services, aiming for a one‑call resolution.
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the customer experience by linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life.
Qualifications & Experience
Outstanding customer service skills with proven experience delivering exceptional service.Intermediate computer literacy and ability to use various software and databases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Requirements
